The Tenants Network Amsterdam is based on 5 pillars
Pillar 1: The Cooperation Contract
The private cooperation contract signed on March 9 between the participants tenant groups/organizations. There are 2 requirements for entry:
- it is clear who the tenant group represents
- the representation must be transparent
Pillar 2: the Network Consultation
Decisions are made by The HNA in a network meeting of representatives of all participants on the basis of consent.
Pillar 3: support to individual tenants
Good contact with the individual Amsterdam tenant through
- a working group of individual tenants as participants in the Network
- a digital platform with two-way communication channels
- city and local HNA meetings for tenants.
Pillar 4: HNA Foundation
The supporting foundation HNA that facilitates the Network.
Pillar 5: Consultation with the government
Consultations on behalf of the HNA are conducted by delegations of the participants. A distinction is made between consultation on the key points and consultation on specific components.
The objective is to merge the HNA into one organization within 3 to 5 years based on cooperative values (all are equal, each participant contributes according to his or her ability).
